Isaac Haxton busts to Ka Kwan Lau
Isaac Haxton busts to Ka Kwan Lau

Over on table two, David Wang got his short stack in after a flop of {Q-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Hearts} and Sam Greenwood looked up the Aussie.

David Wang: {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}
Sam Greenwood: {9-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

Greenwood's set of fives was ahead, as Wang had the over pair, gutshot and flush draw. However, the {6-Hearts} on the turn left him with just four outs to improve to a better full house. A blank {9-Diamonds} on the river sent Wang to the rail.

Over on table one, Isaac Haxton raised the button and Ka Kwan Lau three-bet the small blind, Haxton called and the flop fell {9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}. The duo got it in with Haxton at risk of elimination, but the American pro had flopped a straight.

Isaac Haxton: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Ka Kwan Lau: {Q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts}

The {7-Spades} on the turn was the perfect card for Lau, as he improved to a better straight, and the {J-Spades} river didn't change the outcome of the hand anymore. Haxton was eliminated while Lau then tried to get Fabian Geisel off trips deuces and lost some of the acquired profit.
