Welcome to Day 1a of the 2014 PokerStars King's Casino Cup!

The PokerNews Live Reporting Team is here in Rozvadov on the Czech/German border for the 2014 PokerStars King's Casino Cup, a €500 + €50 event four-day event. If you've never visited the King's Casino, you're missing out, having added a recent extension, the poker room now boasts 140 tables of action. Yes, you read that correctly. 140. One hundred and forty. As a regular stop on the PokerStars Eureka tour, the last big event here was Eureka Rozvadov and saw a record 493 entries enter at the end of May as Martin Meciar won the title and €87,600 in prize money.

In this event, there will be three start days, every player is allowed to re-enter once on each of the first two start days (day 1a and 1b). Day 1c will begin at midnight just after the conclusion of Day 1b, however, while this will feature the same structure, the levels will be only 15 minutes long, as opposed to the 40 minutes. There is also no re-entry on Day 1c meaning that a player can potentially fire five bullets at this tournament. The final day will also feature 60-minute levels.
