PokerNews coverage of the 2021 Michigan Championship of Online Poker (MICOOP) continues today with Event #49: $250 NLHE Thursday Thrill PKO SE Championship Trophy Event, $40K Gtd, and action is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. EST.

Players will start with 25,000 in chips and blinds will start at 80/160 with a 20 ante. Levels are 10-minutes in length until the sixth level when they will change to 12-minutes in length, and players can late register or re-enter (up to three times) until 10:00 p.m. EST. This is a one-day event, and play will continue until a champion is crowned.

This is a progressive KO tournament, meaning if someone is eliminated, the player who knocked them out will collect half their bounty as a prize with the other half being added to their personal bounty. In this tournament, each player will start with a $116.50 bounty on their head.

PokerNews will be following the virtual action from this event and a selection of other events across the MICOOP schedule all series long, so stay tuned as a winner is determined and a shiny trophy is given out to the victor!
