Welcome back to the continuing coverage of the 2021 NJSCOOP right here on Pokernews.com. Today, our focus will be on Event 29-M: $100 NLHE [8-Max, Half Price Jersey Special], $35K Gtd

Players will be starting with 25,000 in chips, and the blinds will start at 80/160. All levels today will be 12 minutes long, and registration will be available until about 9:15 PM ET local time. Players will be able to re-enter as many as five times in that late registration period.

It took just five minutes for the first knockout of the tournament to take place, and "Schmoocows09" was on the benefiting end of it. They kicked off the action with a raise to 480 from under the gun. One player called, and then "09123459" reraised to 2,121. Both players called, and the three of them saw a flop of {8-Spades}{2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} come down.

"09123459" c-bet for 2,285, and "Schmoocows09" went for a raise to 5,210. Only "09123459" called, and the turn brought the {q-Hearts}. Both players checked this time, and the {8-Hearts} completed the board. "09123459" moved all in for just over 11,000, and "Schmoocows09" beat them into the pot with {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}. "09123459" showed {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}, which was no longer good, and "Schmoocows09" scored the knockout to boost their stack to over 50,000.

"eisma19" limped in from the button, and both blinds tagged along to make it a three way pot to the flop. Those cards came down {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}, and action checked to "eisma19", who fired a min bet of 250. Only "RNigro_1105" called in the big blind, and the turn brought the {10-Hearts}. Both players checked that card, but after the {7-Clubs} river, the fireworks went off.

"RNigro_1105" led out for 613, only to see eisma19" raise all in for over 12,000. "RNigro_1105" would call with {j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for trip jacks, but "eisma19" showed {j-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for a flopped full house.

"1st.p1ace" Wins Flip to Double

Level 6 (250/500/60)

It was a battle of the blinds when "1st.p1ace" raised to 1,200 from the small blind. "tkwgo" reraised to 4,000, and "1st.p1ace" called to see the flop of {j-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} come down. "1st.p1ace" checked, and "tkwgo" fired 2,400. "1st.p1ace" went in for a check raise to 7,200, and "tkwgo" raised to 20,000, setting "1st.p1ace" all in.

"1st.p1ace" would call with {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for two overs and a flush draw, giving them the slight lead over the pocket nines of "tkwgo." The {8-Diamonds} came right on the turn to give "1st.p1ace" an unbeatable flush, and a big double up to nearly 50,000.

"tkwgo" would bust out a few hands later.

Early big stack "Jehad1" raised to 1,800 from under the gun, a bet that was called by four different players. The flop came down {9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}, and the action was checked through.

The {k-Diamonds} came on the turn, and this time, "Jehad1" fired 4,762 after the action was checked to them. "jrmoney81924" was the only players who called, and the {7-Spades} completed the board. "Jehad1" checked, and "jrmoney81924" moved all in for just over 12,000. "Jehad1" quickly called with {6-Spades}{6-Hearts} for a full house, which bested the ace high flush of "jrmoney81924."
