Liv Boeree opened to 150 under the gun and action folded around Paul "pvas2" Van Nunes. He re-raised to 480 from the small blind. Boeree called, delivering a flop to the board. Van Nunes bet 720, Boeree popped it to 1,800, and Van Nunes called to see the turn.
Van Nunes bet 1,920, but Boeree wasn't going anywhere. She called, landing the on the river. All in for 8,475 was Van Nunes' next play. Boeree called and tabled for a flopped set, but Van Nunes showed for a better turned set to take down the pot.
With 510 in the pot and facing a bet of 299 on a flop, Daniel "KidPoker" Negreanu was in the tank...then disconnected. His five-minute time bank whittled down to less than two minutes before he reconnected and folded.
There are more than 1,400 players registered so far with the prize pool eclipsing $7 million. Still a long way to go to match last year's total of 2,443 players, but registration is open for another three hours.
Johnny Lodden raised to 180 on the button. In the big blind, "k0b0Ldm4k1" three-bet to 511. Lodden didn't seem to mind, four-betting to 1,260. A call from his opponent brought a flop to the board. It was checked to Lodden who bet another 1,260. Another call from "k0b0Ldm4k1" delivered the on the turn where action was checked to Lodden again.
He bet 2,820, but once again was not able to shake "k0b0Ldm4k1". The river was quickly checked by both, with "k0b0Ldm4k1" showing . Lodden tabled and they chopped it up.
This was most definitely a tournament Daniel Negreanu will want to forget.
The action started with "cemps" min-raising to 160 in early position. From the hijack "dev209" called, but Negreanu squeezed to 640 in the cutoff. Action folded back to "cemps" who called, but "dev209" had other plans. A four-bet to 1,680 came, leading Negreanu to shove for 8,312.

Starting off the action was "jooppe2" with a raise to 240 in early position. Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier called in the cutoff and the flop came down .
A check to "ElkY" led to the Team PokerStars Pro to bet 345. However, "jooppe2" threw in a raise to 960. "Elky" called, resulting in the turn. A bet of 1,760 by "jooppe2" was called by "ElkY". The hit the river and "jooppe2" slowed down with a check. "ElkY" fired 4,567 and was quickly called.
