The Final Flights of The RunGood Poker Series Main Event Begin At 11 am

Dakotah O'Dell
Dakotah O'Dell

With entrants sitting at 246 total, already smashing the $100,000 guarantee on the stop, the players’ final chances to secure a bag and move onto Day 2 are these final two flights today. At 11 am Day 1c begins and at 6 pm Day 1d begins.

Leading last night’s flight was Craig Walker (514,000) who’s chip stack puts him in second place overall. Walker’s first RGPS cash looks to be a big one as he has put himself into prime position for a deep run. RGPS 2022 Council Bluffs champion Dakotah O’Dell ended his day with 422,000, while other players like Joe Ferguson (400,000), Jason Darland (342,000), Brandon Robinson (158,000), Wesley Jones (123,000), and Blair Hinkle (79,000) all overcame Day 1b to find a bag.

Players will start with 30,000 in chips, with blinds starting at 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante. Levels will last 30 minutes, with a 15-minute break at the conclusion of every four levels prior to level 8, then it will happen every three levels after level 8. Play will continue until 12.5% of the flight’s entrants remain. Those players will bag up and will be guaranteed at least a minimum payout and will return to play on Sunday, April 16th at 12 pm. The earliest flight ended in level 15 with 10:02 left on the clock and blinds at 8,000/16,000 and a 16,000 ante. If the flights today end at an earlier time, then that will be the time that all Day 2 players will return too.
