Bracken Ships Three-Way All-in; Brown Eliminated

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 2,000 ante

We caught up with some major action on Table 3 and found Kevin Brown and Darrin Bracken both all-in preflop. Tyler Hutchinson was also involved and had both covered.

Bracken: {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs}
Brown: {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}
Hutchinson: {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}

The dealer slowly rolled out a {3-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Spades}{9-Hearts} board and Bracken scooped a massive pot. Brown began his trek to the cage in 17th place.

Wertsler Over Morrison in Blind-Versus-Blind Encounter

Level 23 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

Action folded to James Morrison in the small blind and he shoved for more than 200,000 with the {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}. Tomasz Werstler looked down at the {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} in the big blind. Call.

Werstler hit an ace on the turn, leaving Morrison drawing dead. Morrison exits in 16th place for $511.

D'Grillo's Aces Cracked by Bracken

Level 23 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

With nearly a million chips in the middle preflop, Ron D'Grillo was in great shape to double up with his {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} against Darren Bracken's {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}. But the poker gods had other ideas.

Bracken drilled a set on the {4-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop, and D'Grillo couldn't improve when the {6-Spades} and {10-Spades} completed the board. D'Grillo made his way to the cage, telling his bad beat story to several friends on the way. Bracken, meanwhile, began stacking his 1.2 million chips.

Leonardi Wins Battle of the Ladies; Lam Busts

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 3,000 ante

Mandy Smith opened from under the gun, Sandy Lam moved all in from the hijack and Carol Leonardi called all in for less from the button. Smith called as well, and the cards went on their backs.

Lam: {A-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
Smith: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}
Leonardi: {J-Spades}{10-Spades}

Leonardi had live cards and they turned to gold on the {Q-Spades}{J-Clubs}{3-Spades}{K-Clubs}{8-Spades} board, giving her the winning flush and the main pot. Smith took the side pot, and Lam was eliminated.

Raimondi Turns Flush to Bust Hutchinson

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 3,000 ante

Peter Raimondi and Tyler Hutchinson saw a flop of {J-Hearts}{A-Hearts}{5-Spades} and Raimondi led out for 70,000. Hutchinson raised to 210,000, and Raimondi sat still in his seat for more than a minute before electing to call.

The {4-Hearts} arrived on the turn and Raimondi wasted little time in announcing all in. Now it was Hutchinson's turn in the tank; he took about two minutes to decide on a call, and he was already drawing dead.

Raimondi: {Q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Hutchinson: {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}

The meaningless {8-Spades} landed on the river and Raimondi's flush was good enough to boost him up to 1,480,000 in chips.

Sweeney Eliminates Smith; Final Table Set

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 3,000 ante

On a flop of {Q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{2-Clubs}, Micheal Sweeney bet 90,000 and Mandy Smith moved all in for 340,000 total. Sweeney took his time crunching the numbers and decided to call.

Smith: {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}
Sweeney: {J-Hearts}{10-Spades}

Sweeney was drawing to a straight but he also had to overs. He pleaded for Duke the dealer to help him out, and Duke obliged with the {10-Clubs} on the turn. The {K-Diamonds} river finished off Smith in 11th place.

The remaining 10 players are making their way to the final table. We'll have a seat draw for you shortly.

Mirko Medic Eliminated in 10th Place ($931)

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 3,000 ante

Tomasz Westler opened from middle position, Michael Sweeney three-bet from directly behind, and Mirko Medic called all in from the big blind with his short stack. Werstler released, and the cards were turned up.

Medic: {3-}{5-}
Sweeney: {Q-}{Q-}

Medic was hoping to be live but was in bad shape against Sweeney's pair, and the board provided no help. Medic grinded his short stack all day into the 10th place result.
