The 2016 Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam Event #2: $200 No-Limit Hold'em continues today with the play down from 90 players remaining to a winner.
With a total to 562 entries over four starting flights, a guarantee-smashing $92,378 prize pool was created that that will pay 54 spots with a Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam title and a $21,246 first-place prize reserved for the winner.
The levels jump to 40 minutes today, allowing for a little more play as the blinds increase.
Day 1c leader Steven Chepurny (219,000) will be on top coming into Day 2 as the only player over 200,000. However, Adam Foster (188,400), Matt Devins (184,200), Aaron Olshan (181,200) and Jeffrey Tibideau (180,100) will all come in over 180,000. Plus a bevvy of local talent remains stacked and within striking distance.
The event's final day will play out beginning at 11 a.m. local time Sunday with the money bubble expected to burst rather quickly.

He knocked out two players in successive hands, the first for 40,000 with tens holding against , and the second with his winning a race over eight for 30,000.
He's now closing in on 300,000 fast as the first level of the day comes to a close.

Ten minutes into the second level of the day, start-of-day chip leader Steven Chepurny is out.
He lost two big pots in the first level, then dumped the rest in just now. Tomasz Werstler raised with and Chepurny called in position with two nines. The flop came no higher than a nine and Werstler open shoved.
Chepurny called off his last 50,000 or so with the best of it, but Werstler binked an ace on the river.
His wife Aviva Chepurny also bagged a stack, but she's nowhere to be found now.

After checking down the flop with fellow big stack Steve Pisa, Matt Shanahan had to the turn on a board and led for 35,000. Pisa made it 95,000 with a pair of sixes in the hole.
Shanahan shoved for around 165,000, and Pisa called it off, having that barely covered. Down to just two outs, the river came a miracle for Pisa and he now takes a massive chip lead into the lead up to the bubble with Shanahan out and 69 left.
