$1,000 Main Event
Day 1b Started
The second flight of the Fall Poker Classic 2018 $1,000 Main Event is set to begin at 11 a.m. at the Seneca Niagara Casino & Resort.
The weather here may have caused trouble for many poker players who decided to stay home instead of risk it, with just 21 entries gathered on Day 1a for total of $19,110.
Day 1b should surpass that total before the day even begins, with many more familiar faces expected to make an appearance for the second flight of the Main Event.
Players will start the tournament with 30,000 chips and the blinds will increase after every 40 minutes of play. Late Registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 11, with each Day 1 flight playing 15 levels or until the field is reduced to 12%. Players may play in all three of the flights, but only their largest stack will carry over to the final day of the tournament.
The player who will ultimately take down the Seneca Fall Poker Classic will be on the cover of CardPlayer Magazine and join the likes of Guy Klass (2017), Dan Wagner (2016), Kurtis Boutelle (2015), and Rick Block (2014).
