2017 Event #4 Champion Alicia LaPorte Pachla

Alicia LaPorte Pachla will look for her third Western New York Poker Challenge (WNYPC) title this evening when Event #4: $120 No-Limit Hold'em $10,000 Guarantee kicks off at 5 PM local time inside the Seneca Niagara poker room.

At the 2017 WNYPC, Pachla captured back-to-back victories in $150 NLHE events including this event, totaling $5,000 in cash between the two. Anthony Soluri also made the final table of this event last year and is in great form after making the final table of Event #1 on Sunday banking $7,000 for an eighth-place effort.

When the action gets underway this evening each player will start with 10,000 tournament chips with blind levels increasing every 20 minutes. Late registration will remain open until the end of Level 9 with unlimited re-entries available during that time.

Here's a look at the full 2018 WNYPC schedule:

Dmitri Amirov: {2-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Opponent: {6-Spades}{7-Clubs}

Amirov had his opponent drawing dead but improved to a straight flush when the board ran out {6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}.
