Tobias Heinsdorf was all-in for 12,000 chips, and so was "Vegas" for 17,500. Florin Mihaila then also jammed, but for a more sizable 49,500. The remaining players folded and a three-way all-in took place.

Florin Mihaila: KK

Mihaila's kings held on the 26610Q runout and the other two players hurried to the reentry desk.

"Lucky Luke" Is Not Riding Off Yet

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante
"Lucky Luke"
"Lucky Luke"

Michael Schatz raised to 1,200 from under the gun and received calls from Ljubodrag Milojevic, Adriano Bianco, and Bunjamin Raimi. At that point, the action had gotten to "Lucky Luke" in the big blind, who had lost some pots and decided to go all-in for 14,200. Only Schatz made the call, while the rest of the table folded.

"Lucky Luke": AK
Michael Schatz: QJ

Schatz took the lead on the 92J flop, but "Lucky Luke" rebinked an ace on the A turn. The 2 river was a big blank and "Lucky Luke" doubled up. Schatz was left with 11,500 chips and would not much later bust from the table he had been moved to.

Fleischanderl Gets Paid

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante
Holger Moritz Fleischanderl
Holger Moritz Fleischanderl

Q96 was spread on the table when the blinds "Vegas" and Patrick Tober checked to Maureen Bloechlinger, who sat under the gun. She bet 800 into the pot of a dozen or so T-100 chips and Holger Moritz Fleischanderl made the call from middle position, as did Tober

On the 2 turn, Bloechlinger slowed down and checked, upon which Fleischanderl now took the betting lead for 2,700 chips. Tober stuck around while Bloechlinger got out of the way.

The 6 river completed the board and Tober checked once more. Fleischanderl bet a quick 6,000 and Tober followed with a quick call. Fleischanderl showed down KQ and Tober sighed as he had to relinquish the pot.

Two More Starting Flights on Another Day of the The Hendon Mob Championship CHF 300 Main Event

A Grand Casino Liechtenstein Poker Table
A Grand Casino Liechtenstein Poker Table

The sun has risen above the Swiss mountains overlooking Grand Casino Liechtenstein, which means another day of the The Hendon Mob Championship (THMC) is on the cards. Two more starting flights of the CHF 300 ($332) Main Event will start today, with Day 1e taking place at 1 p.m. and Day 1f starting at 6 p.m. local time.

A busy day is expected, as only three more starting flights remain to hit the CHF 200,000 guaranteed prize pool. So far, 270 entries have been made across the four starting days, which means the organization is still some ways off from not paying the field some extra prize money in overlay.

PokerNews’ focus will lay on the afternoon flight of Day 1e, while an eye will be kept on Day 1f every now and then as well. This also marks the last Day 1 being reported upon, as the series is rapidly heading towards Day 2.

DateTime (CEST)Day
June 3rd1 p.m.1e
June 4th4 p.m.2
June 5th6 p.m.3 (Final)

Yesterday, June 2nd, saw Day 1c and 1d play from start to finish. Day 1c knew a relatively small field of 37 players, of which 11 advanced to Day 2. All players started with 50,000 chips and Zuelfuekar Kalmaz ended up as chip leader, with 281,000 chips in his bag at the end of Level 14, resulting in 47 big blinds for Day 2. However, that was not enough to crack the top ten chip counts of Day 1a and 1b, as he just fell outside of them in 11th place.

Meanwhile, the evening flight of Day 1d boasted a bigger field of 86 entries, of which 20 players survived. Silas Germann seized the chip lead in that flight, taking 478,000 chips into Day 2, enough to occupy a third place on the overall leaderboard. Germann busted fairly late on Day 1c, but evidently, his luck turned around in the next flight. All of the players who bagged and tagged join those who shared their fate in Day 1a and 1b, creating a total of 63 players who have qualified so far. Full chip counts of Day 1c can be found in the live report of that flight, while Day 1d’s are posted below this introduction.

In the meantime, the overall top ten leaderboard has taken a new form:

Day 1e will shuffle up and deal at 1 p.m. local time. As with every other flight, 14 levels of 30 minutes are on the menu, with small breaks every three to four levels, aside from a 40-minute dinner break after Level 7. Day 1f will then start five hours later at 6 p.m. and will know the same structure. Both flights have an option for two reentries, which players can make use of throughout the late registration period of ten levels. Those who register in Level 1; 100/100 with a 100 big blind ante, will play a whopping 500 big blinds. Meanwhile, those who choose to register at the latest possible time will receive 25 big blinds instead.

Stay tuned to this page as PokerNews provides updates about all of the action on a new day of the THMC Main Event.
