Sumpter Bubbles Day 1a

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Brian Sumpter
Brian Sumpter

After one hand of hand for hand play, Brian Sumpter was all in with his short stack of 21,000 and was called by Thomas Hill.

Sumpter had the worst starting hand in NLH with the {7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} against Hill's {j-Spades}{9-Spades}.

Sumpter started to say "winner's win!" over and over as the dealer dealt the flop {a-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} the turn was the {7-Clubs} to the delight of Sumpter but the river snatched it al away as the {j-Diamonds} came off to eliminate him on the bubble and bring the field to the money and end the flight.
