We found James Wilson on the button facing a bet of 5,300 from the cutoff on a completed community of . Wilson thought for a bit and tossed in a call, and the cutoff immediately mucked her hand. Wilson flipped over for top two and scooped the pot.
Wilson, a Minnesota native, had some good success in the last months of 2014 on the Mid-States Poker Tour. First, he cashed for $2,547 at MSPT Meskwaki in November, and he followed that up with a deep run in the final event of the year, MSPT Canterbury. Both blinds checked a flop, and a player in middle position bet 2,000. The cutoff called, and Adam Lamphere made it 6,300 to go from the small blind. The big blind mucked, as did the bettor, and the cutoff announced he was all in. Lamphere called instantly, putting himself at risk for 20,325.

Lamphere was in fantastic shape, with his opponent drawing to a chop or running cards to make a full house. The reduced him to only chop outs, and the didn't get him there.
At the neighboring table, Matt Kirby has taken a seat. As previously mentioned, a knockout of Kirby will be worth $500 to anyone who can pull it off.

Jason Zarlenga busted out of his first table and promptly exercised his option to reenter. He's been seated at Mike Ross' table for a bit now, and he was able to double up in a recent pot after betting 5,000 on a flop from middle position and seeing the player on the button shove, putting the Michigan native at risk for 6,700 more.
"Haven't been at this table long enough," Zarlenga muttered to himself. "Did you flop a set?"
After about 30 seconds, he called it off and was pleased to see his held a wide lead over . A turn locked it in for Zarlenga.
At another table, Joseph Dichiaro had his hold up against all in preflop, and he's sitting with nearly three times the starting stack.
