A monster pot just went down between two of the biggest stacks in the room.
There was roughly 230,000 already in the pot and a flop of when action exploded between Day 1a chip leader Kevin Berthelsen and Day 1b chip Ryan Dodson. The former wound up all in for 1.35 million and the hands were turned up.
Dodson had flopped two pair to pull ahead of the aces, but his lead was shortlived as the spiked on the turn to give Berthelsen a set. Dodson was drawing dead headed to the river and was left with 250,000. He went bust a short time later in 14th place.
