Preflop action saw around 9,000 go into the middle among the small blind, hijack, and Gary Hale, who was on the button. The flop fell 
and the small blind bet 4,500. Both the hijack and Hale called.
The turn came 
and Hale saw both opponents ahead of him check. He fired out a bet of 7,500 and the small blind quickly folded. The hijack thought for about 10 seconds and followed suit, earning Hale the pot with his turn bet. He now finds himself with around 67,500 after winning the pot.
