Sara Stohler opened the action with a raise to 500,000 in the cutoff and action folded around to Landon Tice, who checked to see how much Stohler had behind. Stohler told her 2.5 million, and then counted out 2.7 million and some change. Tice called.
The flop dropped and Tice checked. Stohler immediately pushed the rest of her chips into the middle and Tice called just as quickly.
Stohler saw the bad news and asked the dealer for some help: "A nine would be nice," she said. Unfortunately for her, no such card came as the turn and river completed the runout to end her bid in fourth place for a payday of $62,091.
