Zachary Grech opened the action with a raise to 125,000 in the cutoff and Korey Payne called on the button. Saad Ghanem re-shoved in the big blind for 1.12 million and action went back to Grech.

Grech went into the tank for a bit and eventually called all in for slightly less, totaling 1.095 million. Payne then folded.

Ghanem was done in on the turn as the board ran out , giving Grech a three outer and crippling Ghanem. Ghanem did find a double with hitting two pair against on a subsequent hand to get up to two big blinds, but lost with king-queen to a rivered straight against Dale Eberle on the hand that followed to finish in 11th place.
