Middle position limped and action folded around to the small blind, who completed. Reg Powell checked his big blind, taking three to a flop of 
. The small blind checked to Powell, who bet 700 and saw the middle-position player fold.
The small blind then called, taking action heads up to the turn 
where Powell saw his opponent check-call another 1,300. The river fell 
and both players checked.
Powell tabled 
upon checking back for the turned flush and his opponent mucked, earning him the pot.
A couple of minutes later, Powell was once again involved in a three-way pot where he bet 2,600 into a pot of roughly twice that size on a completed board of 
and saw both players fold to scoop in another pot.
