Buddiga Takes on Aldemir While Tsang Joins

The 2016 Monte-Carlo One Drop Extravaganza champion Elton Tsang has joined the competition and sat down between Winfred Yu and Pratyush Buddiga.
At the end of the last level, Yu raised to 3,600 and Buddiga called in the cutoff, before Koray Aldemir on the button three-bet to 14,800. Only Buddiga called and check-called a bet worth 12,000 on the 
flop. The 
turn and 
river were checked and Buddiga was the first to show after the button. He turned over the 
and that won the pot.

Tsang Takes from Qin

Sergio Aido took a big pot off Yu Liang to bump up his stack nicely and another table opened shortly after the arrival of Si Xin "The Chairman" Qin.
Several players were moved over to table four and the first hand there saw Elton Tsang opened to 5,000, Qin called and David Peters tossed in the extra chips from the big blind. On the 
flop, the trio checked through. The 
came on the turn and Peters checked, Tsang made it 10,000 to go and just Qin called.
After the 
river, Tsang bet 25,000 and that won the pot without showdown.

At the same time over on table one, Benjamin Wu raised from under the gun to 4,500 and Rainer Kempe called in the hijack, John Juanda defended the big blind. On the 
flop, Juanda checked and Wu continued for 8,000. Only Kempe called to see the turn go check, check. After the 
river, Wu bet 22,000 and that was too much for Kempe, who folded.

Kuznetsov Under Pressure

The stack of Timofey Kuznetsov has taken a few hits once again and he dropped to less than one third of the starting stack, while Paul Phua seems to be doing much better on his second bullet.
Phua opened to 5,000 from under the gun and Kuznetsov three-bet to 12,500 from one seat over. Sergio Aido was having none of it and four-bet to 28,000. Phua folded and Kuznetsov did so as well before Phua leaned over with a big smile and said to Kuznetsov: "How much do you have? I am all in." The Russian quickly said "I fold" and will have to make a move sooner or later to build his stack back up.

Small Pots On Table Four

Mustapha Kanit, David Peters and Winfred Yu talked about the possible dates for the next Triton stop later in the summer of 2017 while two small hands were going on. Si Xin Qin limped from the button, Yu called in the small blind and Kanit checked out of the big blind. On the 
flop, Yu bet 5,000 and just Qin called.
The turn went check, check, and Yu's bet of 8,000 on the 
river went through uncalled.
One hand later, Yu opened the button to 5,000 and Peters in the big blind three-bet to 17,500 in order to claim the pot uncontested.

Peters Wins Big Flip Against Yu

David Peters raised to 5,300 from under the gun and Si Xin Qin called before Winfred Yu three-bet to 18,000 in the small blind. Mustapha Kanit called in the big blind and Peters then moved all in. The three-bet amount was pulled in and Peters' shove was for another 103,300 on top.
That got Qin out of the way, but Yu called and Kanit folded, claiming in table chat he had pocket tens.
