Imsirovic Sends Wright to the Rail

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Ali Imsirovic
Ali Imsirovic

Ali Imsirovic opened with a raise to 4,000 from under the gun and he was called by one player before Larry Wright three-bet all in on the button for just over 30,000. Action folded back to Imsirovic and he moved all in over the top. Everyone folded so it was on to a showdown with Wright at risk.

Larry Wright: {J-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}
Ali Imsirovic: {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}

The board ran out {Q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{A-Spades} and Imsirovic made a pair of aces on the river to send Wright to the rail.

"I thought you were finally going to lose a flip," Ryan Reiss said to Imsirovic after the hand.

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Sam Soverel
Sam Soverel

The turned board was showing {4-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} when Randall Emmett got his remaining stack in the middle, Sam Soverel called and the two turned over their hands.

Emmett tabled {4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for three sailboats and Soverel showed {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} for a pair of sixes with a ton of draws. The dealer flipped over a {k-Clubs} on the river, giving a flush to Soverel and the pot, eliminating Emmett from the tournament.

Roberts Leads the River and Gets Paid

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Lauren Roberts opened from middle position with a raise to 4,500. Tim Reilly was in the hijack seat and called. Action folded around so it was heads up to a flop.

On the {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop, Roberts checked. Reilly put out a bet of 4,500 and Roberts called.

The turn was the {4-Diamonds} and Roberts checked again. Reilly put out 11,000 this time and Roberts thought for a good while before calling again.

On the {10-Diamonds} river, Roberts thought for some time before putting out 24,000. Reilly thought for a bit, then called. Roberts turned up her {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs} for a flopped full house and Reilly nodded then mucked. Roberts would take down the pot move back to right around the starting stack mark.

Schein Takes Emmett to the Cleaners

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Randall Emmett opened to 4,500, Alan Schein called on he button and Alex Foxen defended his big blind. The dealer fanned out {8-Clubs}{10-Spades}{j-Spades} on the flop and action checked to Emmett who bet 12,000.

Schein called the bet, Foxen folded and the dealer flipped over a {6-Clubs} on the turn. Emmett bet 35,000, Schein instantly moved all in and Emmett snap-called.

Emmett tabled {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for top two, but would be behind when Schein showed {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for a flopped straight. A {7-Hearts} came on the river and changed nothing as Schein took down the pot, eliminating Emmett from the tournament.
