Action on Table 6

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

There's been a swarm of players hitting the rail on Table 6 after a flurry of action. It all started with the board reading {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Victoria Pittman-Waller shoved all in for around 19,000 into a pot of around 8,000. Harold Lacaze thought for a minute and then tossed in a single chip to call.

Pittman-Waller tabled {q-}{3-} and was drawing dead to the {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} of Lacaze. Pittman-Waller's bluff attempt went wrong and Lacaze was the beneficiary of her chips.

A few moments later, Kao Saechao scored a double knockout when he made a full house with {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}. The board read {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and all of the chips got in the middle on the river. His opponent's showed {7-Spades}{6-Spades} for a smaller full house and {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for a flush. Saechao raked in a healthy pot to sit among the leaders.

Mattingly Fades Everything

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

The flop read {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and the action checked to William Mattingly on the button who bet 2,500 into a pot of nearly 13,000. The small blind called and the cutoff folded.

The turn brought the {a-Diamonds} and the small blind checked again. Mattingly fired another 2,400 and his opponent still called. The river was the {3-Clubs} and the small blind checked one more time. Mattingly bet 5,000 and his opponent showed {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a missed straight and flush draw as he folded. Mattingly flashed {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds} for a set of kings and raked in the pot.

Keeline Wins a Flip

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

There was a raise to 1,225 from the hijack and Ben Keeline three-bet to 5,000 from the big blind. With the action back on the initial raiser, he four-bet shoved all in for 14,325. Keeline asked for a count and then stuck in the chips to call.

Ben Keeline: {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Opponent: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}

The flop of {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{7-Spades} gave Keeline a clear advantage in the coin flip. The turn was the {q-Clubs} and the river brought the {q-Diamonds}. Keeline secured the win and eliminated his opponent in the process.

Nick Pupillo just paid off a double to Chris Staats for about 7,000. Staats didn't pair up with {a-Spades}{j-Spades} but Pupillo didn't either with {k-}{q-} so the ace-high was enough.

Aces Hold for Romero

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

Orlando Romero opened from the cutoff and was soon faced with a three-bet from the big blind. Romero stuck in his last 16,325 chips and his opponent made the call.

Romero tabled {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} and was in a great position to double up against his opponent's {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}. The board ran out {4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades}{8-Clubs} and Romero held on to find himself a full double up and rise above starting stack.

Pupillo Loses His Crumbs

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante

After two players limped in, Nick Pupillo shoved in the small blind for 3,125. The early limper called, as did the player on the button. The board ran out {8-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} with the two active players checking until the river, when the early player bet 5,000 and the player on the button called.

Pupillo showed {3-}{3-} and got up to leave, as both the early player ({9-Clubs}{9-Spades}) and the third player ({j-}{10-}) had made superior boats.
