Karyn Gemmill entered the final table as an overwhelming chip leader. Since the start of the final table, she has doubled up three of her opponent's. Eric Lacombe was the first to take a big slice, making a call on the river with trip aces, to Gemmill's semi-bluff with two nines.
Then Marco De Pasquale shoved preflop with ace-nine and Gemmill called with two deuces. De Pasquale hit a nine and doubled through.
The latest beat occurred in a pot with Peter Zelmer. Zelmer flopped top pair and moved all-in. Gemmill called with middle pair and a flush draw but didn't get there, doubling up Zelmer.
Marco De Pasquale opened to 35,000, Karyn Gemmill three-bet shoved for a little over 100,000, Peter Zelmer called all-in for less, and De Pasquale folded.

The board ran out , giving Gemmill a set of seves on the flop, good enought to take the pot, and send Zelmer home.
A hand after being crippled by Jean Daunais, Eric Lacombe was all-in in the small blind, not even being able to afford it. Action folded around and Lacombe and he was up against Matthew Bracanovic in the big blind.
