There are plenty of short stacks in the room so there is likely to be a flurry of bust outs early on.
One of the early victims was Benjamin Dadon who got it all in with looking to double up. Unfortunately for him he ran into Amir Israel who tabled with an apologetic shrug.
The cards fell and barely five minutes into the day Dadon was gone.

Alexandre Pereira Gama opened the action for 12,000 and faced a three-bet to 29,000 from the player to his left, Choua Sitbon. It folded back round to Gama who moved all in for 74,500 total. Sitbon thought long and hard about his decision as it was for nearly half of his stack. In the end he said call.
Gama turned over and, although reluctant to turn over his own cards until prompted by the dealer, Sitbon showed his .
The board ran out to give Gama a double up.

Down to 90 already as the bubble approaches. 81 get paid.
Laurent Polito's table has just broken, scattering them to the remaining tables, which will be a relief for those at his old table, not so much for his new table mates.
Having the chip leader on your left is not ideal but that is the situation Jonathan Koskas finds himself in. Koskas raised and got a call from Laurent Polito. It was heads up to a flop of .
Koskas made a bet of 14,000 and faced a raise from Polito, who gave him a sceptical look, to 31,000. Koskas responded by moving all in and Polito released his hand.
