Gryko Puts Lodge to the Test

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Harry Lodge and Richard Gryko have just clashed in what could have been a monster pot after Gryko put his opponent to the test for his entire stack.

A preflop war had broken out that saw Gryko with 1,925 in front of him from the hijack and Lodge had raised to 5,000. Gryko then made it 9,350 to go and Lodge called. The delaer spread the {8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop, Gryko pushed all-in and Lodge instantly folded.

Flying Dutchman Shot Down

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Marcel Luske has to reenter on Day 1b if he wants to add the 2015 WPT UK Main Event title to his already impressive list of poker accomplishments. The Flying Dutchman came unstuck when his {A-}{K-} ran into {Q-}{j-} of Richard Gryko with the chip going in on the turn of the {K-}{k-}{10-}{9-} board. No full house on the river for Luske and he bust.

Ji Set Eminoglu All-in

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Yucel Eminoglu is affectionately known as "The Mad Turk" thanks to his crazy style of play, but he showed some restraint in a hand with Min Ju.

Ji limped in from the button, Richard Hawes folded but Eminoglu raised to 2,600 in the big blind. Ji called after asking how many chips Eminoglu had behind (approx. 11,000).

Eminoglu check-called a 1,500 bet on the {J-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop before both players checked the {7-Diamonds} river. Eminolgu checked the {3-Spades} river and folded whe Ji set The Mad Turk all-in for his tournament life.

Sadler Loses a Flip to the Anonymous Man

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

The staff at Dusk Till Dawn respect that some players wish to remain anonymous and not have their names all over the internet; it will be interesting to see what happens if one of them wins a major tournament!

One such anon player just won a decent pot from John Sadler, leaving the latter with 12,000. Sadler's {6-}{6-} couldn't win the race against his opponents' {a-}{q-} which improved to two pair by the river.

102 players from the 148 starters remain.

Man Down

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

Fabio Esposito has bust during Level 7 after a clash with Karol Radomski didn't go to plan. The chips went in preflop, Esposito's hopes were pinned on the {Q-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} and he needed some help as Radomski held the slightly superor {K-Hearts}{10-Spades}.

Radomski's grip on the hand tightened on the {K-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop, further still on the {J-Spades} and he locked up the hand on the {A-Spades} river.
