O'Dwyer Drops Some

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

We just now noticed current Global Poker Index leader Steve O'Dwyer playing, and the first hand we saw him in cost him dear. A player in middle position opened and both O'Dwyer (hijack) and the cutoff made the call before the small blind squeezed to 3,100. The big blind and initial raiser both folded, O'Dwyer and the cutoff called.

The flop came {7-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{8-Clubs} and the small blind bet out 5,000. O'Dwyer called again, the cutoff folded. The {5-Clubs} fell on the turn and the small blind shoved all in. O'Dwyer frowned and folded.
