Manabu Sato had forfeited his blinds at the end of the previous level and the blinds went up. He was under the gun with exactly one big blind and folded, then finding himself forced all-in preflop. All players folded except for Hong Cai, who put in the additional 400,000 chips with a smirk on the face in the small blind.
