On a board of 
Aleksandr Shcherbinin thought for a long time before betting 15,000 from the small blind. The action was back to Ofer Stern who took even longer to think. So long that Rami Shouman called the clock on him. Given a minute to act he waited until the floor announced “Three seconds.” before betting enough to put Shcherbinin all in. Shcherbinin thought some more but folded before the clock was called on him.
