Dudani Pushes Back

With about 9,000 in the pot and a flop of {4-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}, the big blind fired out 7,700 and Shiva Dudani made the call from the hijack position. When the {10-Diamonds} hit the turn, the big blind bet 18,000 and Dudani went into the tank. After a couple of minutes, he announced all in for 22,500 more. Obviously this was not the move the big blind was hoping for as he shook his head and tossed his cards into the muck. With that win, Dudani is up to around 83,000.

Everybody Wang Cheung Tonight

A player in middle position called 1,600 and Robert Cheung, who was next to act, bumped it up to 8,000. Action folded back to the middle position player who made the call.

When the flop came down {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}, action checked to Cheung who bet 9,000. His opponent folded and Cheung took down the pot, growing his stack to nearly 100,000.

Learn, Chat and Play with the Pros!

Although we didn't have any Full Tilt pros in the field today, you can bet that there will be plenty of them showing up at the next World Series of Poker Circuit event in Hammond. Why there and not here? Well, the WSOP-C Hammond stop marks the first of the $10,000 Regional Championship events and it's going to be a great tournament. Television coverage is planned as part of the newly revamped WSOP Circuit and it should bring out tons of big names. We've even heard rumors of the one and only Phil Ivey joining the mix, although he may actually have to pay for a hotel room this time.

We know our coverage is riveting and all, but we also know how well your are at multi-tasking. How about signing up for a Full Tilt Poker account and getting on the virtual felt? After all, it is where you can "Learn, Chat and Play with the Pros."

Schedule Plan

We've just been informed that although the schedule says play will resume tomorrow at 2:00 p.m., we're actually going to start back at 12:00 p.m. instead. We won't be able to sleep in a little bit extra, but this should make for a day that doesn't drag on into the early hours of the morning.

The field of 289 that began has already been whittled down to just 90 players. That means there's under one-third of the field left. One third of this remaining 90 will reach the money portion tomorrow, but we'll have to wait another day for that to happen. The play will be to return tomorrow with as many players we have left and play down to a final table of nine is reached.

Lewis Leads

James Lewis
James Lewis

James Lewis from Washington, Indiana is leading the way here in the Main Event of the Horseshoe Southern Indiana WSOP Circuit stop. The 42-year-old is the only player we see in the room with over 200,000 chips. That's more than ten times what he began the day with and his stack just keeps to grow every time we check in on him. Lewis is tucked tightly under a World Series of Poker hat and sunglasses, making is hard for his opponents to read any physical tells he may have. Maybe that's the secret to a big stack, but then again we don't see Phil Hellmuth anywhere in this room with 200,000.
