Brian Bumpas open shoved all in with , and Soi Nguyen made the call with . It was a dream flop for Nguyen, as it came down . The board didn't bring any miracles after that, and Nguyen took in the chips to up his stack to 740,000.
Soi Nguyen is on a tear at the final two tables, as he eliminated Genaro Favela on the very next hand. We were typing up the previous post as this hand happened, but Nguyen was nice to walk over and give us the details. He told us that he opened the action with , and Favela shoved with .
The flop came down , giving Nguyen an inside straight draw. He got that when a hit the turn, and Favela was eliminated just before the next pay bump.
We didn't catch the hand until the river, but we saw that David Randall and Edmund Liu were playing a massive pot heads up. There was already about 160,000 in the middle, with the board reading . Randall checked to Liu, who assembled a giant bet of 150,000, and slid it into the middle.
Randall spent about 90 seconds in the tank, before assembling the call, and sliding it into the middle. Liu tabled for a flopped set, and Randall shook his head, said "that was the turn card of the century for you," and mucked his hand.
After that pot, Randall is back down to 400,000, while Liu jumps up to third place on our board, with 710,000.
Anas Adawi has just been eliminated. Ray Henson did most of the damage, and Edmund Liu finished him off.
In the big hand, Adawi bet out 38,000 when the flop came out . Henson made the call, and the turn came the . This time, Adawi led out for 62,000, and Henson went into the tank. After about a minute of thought, he moved all in, and Adawi made the call.

Adawi had turned two pair, but it was still well behind the flopped set of Henson. The river came the , and Henson doubled up to over 600,000. On the very next hand, Adawi got it in with against the of Liu. The board ran down , and Adawi headed to the payout desk.
Despite being the oldest player left in the field, Arthur Hahn was playing fast and loose the whole way. He would routinely over bet the pot, and it finally caught up to him, as he was eliminated by Edmund Liu.
Liu raised it up to 25,000 in late position, and Hahn defended his big blind. He checked in the dark before the flop came out , and Liu checked behind. Both players also checked when the turn brought the , and the river was the . Hahn open shoved all in for 207,000, even though there was only 55,000 in the pot. Liu took only about 10 seconds to call.
