All In, All In, All In

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Hand #1:

Rickey Evans found himself involved as the larger stack in consecutive hands with an all in opponent at risk.

On the first hand, Evans open raised under the gun, a player on the button three-bet all in, and Evans called.

Button: {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Rickey Evans: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Board: {2-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs}{10-Spades}

Hand #2:

Evans sent the opponent to the rail after the favorable runout, and on the very next hand, Kao Saechao went all in preflop from the button, and Evans called from the small blind.

Kao Saechao: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Rickey Evans: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}

Board: {j-Hearts}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts}{9-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

It was pocket eights again for Evans, but this time they didn't hold up, as Saechao doubled up and improved to around a 16,000 chip stack.

Hand #3:

The following hand saw Saechao get all in again, this time putting a three-bet for his stack in against a hijack open raise to 2,500. The hijack called. and Saechao was off to the races again.

Kao Saechao: {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
Hijack: {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

Board: {5-Spades}{j-Clubs}{q-Spades}{a-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

It was another win for Saechao, who now finds himself with a much more manageable 36 big blinds as Level 10 continues.

Turner Wins Round Two Against Anderson

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Dann Turner
Dann Turner

Rob Anderson pulled off a successful bluff against Dann Turner in Level 8, going all in on the river with pocket fives and getting Turner to fold, then showing the bluff.

In Level 11, it was Turner's turn to do some damage with his own pocket fives.

Anderson, in early position, bet 5,500 on a {j-Clubs}{5-Spades}{10-Hearts} flop, and got a call from Turner in the hijack. Anderson slowed down with a check on the {q-Diamonds} turn, and Turner bet 8,000, which Anderson called.

The river came {4-Hearts}, Anderson checked and Turner bet 9,500. Anderson made the call after a couple of minutes in the tank.

Turner showed {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts}, and that flopped set was good as he evened the score with Anderson.

Four To River; None To Showdown

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Mike Lancaster opened the action with a raise to 3,000 out of the cutoff and saw calls behind him from the players on the button and in the small blind. Chet Perrigo then defended his big blind to take action four ways to the streets.

The flop fell {7-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{2-Spades} and action checked to Lancaster, who made a continuation-bet of 4,500. All three players stuck around and the turn came {k-Clubs}, where action checked through.

The river was {3-Clubs} and the small blind checked. Perrigo put out a bet of 11,500 and Lancaster and the player on the button quickly folded. The small blind then went into the tank for about 35 seconds before picking the chip up off his card and sliding his cards forward to muck them, resulting in Perrigo taking down the four-way pot without showdown.

Crump Check-Raises the Third Barrel

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

William Haley opened the action with a raise to 3,500 from the hijack and action folded around to Dustin Crump, who defended his big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of {4-Spades}{10-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and Crump checked to Haley, who made a continuation-bet of 3,500. Crump called. The turn came {j-Spades} and Crump checked again. Haley fired a second barrel for 7,000, getting another call from Crump.

The river fell {7-Spades} and Crump checked a third time. Haley played around with some chips and ultimately emptied the clip, firing out another 12,000. Crump thought for a bit and then check-raised to 32,000.

Haley went through a bit of his thought process verbally, wondering if Crump had the nut flush. Eventually, he looked back at his cards and slid them from the nine-seat directly to into the muck pile that was just in front of him and to his left and the dealer sent the pot Crump's way.

Hugenberg Gets a Knockout, Climbs the Leaderboard

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Anthony Hugenberg
Anthony Hugenberg

An early position player opened to 2,700, a middle position player called, and Anthony Hugenberg three-bet to 11,000. The original raiser folded, and the middle position player called.

Facing a check on the {4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} flop, Hugenberg bet 11,000, and his opponent rerasied all in. Hugenberg snap called.

Opponent: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
Anthony Hugenberg: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}

It was bad news for the pocket nines of the middle position player, and the runout brought no help, with the turn coming {q-Diamonds} and river falling {3-Spades}.

After the knockout, Hugenberg now sits on one of the bigger stacks in the room.
