Mancilla Wins a Race and Adds to His Chip Lead

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

A player opened to 2,500 under the gun, Brian Mancilla called on the button and the big blind moved all in for 17,100. The original raiser folded and Mancilla quickly called.

Brian Mancilla: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

It was a race and Mancilla remained in the lead after the flop came {8-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades}. The {4-Diamonds} turn and {q-Clubs} river changed nothing and Mancilla sent another opponent to the rail.

Ryan McClintock
Ryan McClintock

Ryan McClintock: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
John Abdol: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}

Abdol was unable to improve as the board ran out {3-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} to give McClintock the full double.

Tsinis Triples Up During the Last Level of Day 1

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Arkadiy Tsinis
Arkadiy Tsinis

A player in the cutoff raised to 3,200 and Arkadiy Tsinis moved all in on the button for 24,700. The big blind called and the original raiser moved all in over the top. The big blind folded and the cards were flipped over.

Arkadiy Tsinis: {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Opponent: {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

Tsinis was in rough shape but the {3-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop gave him some outs. Tsinis was able to hit the {q-Spades} turn and the {j-Hearts} river to improve to a full house and get the full triple up.
