Day 1B of the 15,000 MAD (€1,350) WSOP International Circuit Marrakech Main Event, held in Casino de Marrakech in the amazing Es Saadi Resort - Palace, is set to start at 1 p.m. local time. Achille Voltolina bagged the chip lead after twelve 45-minute levels on Day 1A. Voltolina expanded his 30,000 starting stack to an impressive 224,700.
Voltolina is closely followed by the Frenchman Renaud Blangiardi. Blangiardi bagged 209,400 at the end of the day. Fabio Pinho Damaso sits in third with 180,000. Others that made it through include Michiel Brosky (179,200), Sonny Franco (173,500), Isabel Baltazar (147,000), Serdar Demircan (90,000), and French ex-football player Camel Meriem (39,500).
Barny Boatman was one of the players that weren't able to bag up at the end of Day 1A. He bought in for three times and the last time he busted to end-of-day chip leader Voltolina. Boatman has the option to register for Day 1B as the tournament has an unlimited reentry format. Players are able to register until the start of level 10.

The tournament is off to a quicker start compared to yesterday. Most tables are playing five-handed at the moment and only three tables in the room are waiting for a third player to start the game.
Zack Hazanov raised from the hijack on the five-handed table to 300 and big blind Sairi Azzelarab defended.
The flop fell and Azzelarab checked to the initial raiser. Hazanov continued with a quick bet to 400 and that was enough to make Azzelarab fold.
Azzelarab seems to have battled plenty in the first 25 minutes of the day, as he already lost a significant portion of his stack.
