Two Double Ups in a Row

Simone Miracoli raise-called the shove by table short stack Fulvio Sansanelli for 190,000 to create the following flip.

Fulvio Sansanelli: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Simone Miracoli: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

The board ran out {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and Miracoli suffered yet another setback, shaking his head.
