Lars Kamphues

Lars Kamphues raised to 200,000 with the {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} on the button and was called by Dorian Melchers in the big blind with the {k-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. The {q-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop was checked by Melchers, which prompted a bet of 150,000 by Kamphues and a call.

Both headed to the {7-Spades} turn on which Melchers checked once more. Kamphues fired a second larger barrel for 850,000, the size of the pot. Melchers called once more and the {9-Hearts} turn gave Kamphues the nuts.

Following a check by Melchers, the third barrel for 2,000,000 and the Frenchman gave it some consideration before letting go.
