Strauch Loses a Bunch of Chips

Michael Strauch chipped up early on with straight over straight and then three-bet an open raise and two callers from 700 to 3,200 while on the button. Yves Thalmann out of the big blind was one of three callers and the flop was checked to Strauch, who bet 7,200.

Boermans Gets Pamdir to Fold Aces

With around 10,000 in the middle to the turn, Ferdi Pamdir bet 6,000. Bart Boermans was the only opponent and almost instantly raised to 15,000, sending Pamdir into a long tank.

Mulling it over for more than five minutes, Pamdir eventually sigh-folded the face-up. "Good fold," Boermans said while raking in the pot and Pamdir chimed in "if it was a good fold, you have to show" but the cards were already pulled into the muck.
