Quirin Zech Eliminated in 21st Place (€8,656)

Tonino Schmitz raised to 60,000 and Andrew King just called before Quirin Zech then shoved foe what looked like 400,000. Schmitz folded and King quickly called.

King: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}
Zech: {J-Diamonds}{J-Spades}

The flop came {A-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and Zech was drawing to two outs only. The {2-Hearts} on the turn changed nothing and the {10-Spades} river was a blank as well to reduce the field to its last 20 hopefuls.

Vasili Firsau Eliminated in 20th Place (€8,656)

Level 26 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante
Vasili Firsau
Vasili Firsau

Firsau's dreams of winning the WSOP Circuit King's Casino Main Event have been dashed. A little while ago, Firsau jammed all-in 240,000 chips and stated with a smile, "I would like to go all in - all table." While that hand went through, just a few hands later he had all his chips in the middle again.

Dragan Simeunovic opened the action by going all-in for himself for 280,000 which just had Firsau covered. Firsau also declared all-in with Ali Sameeian who didn't look at his cards yet smiled and said, "I wish you both good luck, unless I enter the hand." Sameeian folded, and the two all-in players turned over their hands.

Simeunovic: {a-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Firsau: {A-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

Firsau was still ahead on the flop of {J-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, but then shook his head and said, "Oh my God," when the {9-Diamonds} hit the turn. While the {4-Clubs} added a pair to the board, Firsau was unable to beat Simeunovic's higher two-pair and was eliminated in 20th place for €8,656.

Denishev Gets Shorter Again

Level 26 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Alexandar Denishev checked his big blind on the river of a {7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{J-Spades}{8-Spades} board after having previously doubled through Süleyman Erdar and then gotten moved to table two. Johnny Hansen bet 125,000 and Denishev called only to get shown the {9-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}. "Of course, you got it," the start-of-the-day chip leader said and sighed.

One hand later, Aleksei Ivanov hammed for 560,000 from the button and Denishev eventually folded in the small blind. The Belorussian showed the {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} and received a "well played" from his table neighbor.

Süleyman Erdar was on a roll to start Day 3, winning a few pots. However, after a table change he lost a few hands and his stack dwindled to around 10 big blinds.

Erdar got it all-in for 300,000 chips, and Mateusz Dziewonski woke up with a hand and called.

Erdar: {A-}{4-}
Kziewonski: {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}

Erdar was the latest casualty of the tournament, eliminated in 19th place for €8,656 after the board ran out {7-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{9-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}. Meanwhile, Dziewonski now is once again slightly above the chip average after his pocket kings held.

Dziewonski Makes Big Call

Level 27 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Michael Magalashvili had defended his big blind to a raise by Mateusz Dziewonski and then bet the flop {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{9-Spades} for 100,000. Dziewonski called and did so again on the {10-Diamonds} turn for 230,000. The {10-Hearts} river completed the board and Magalashvili fired 400,000 for more than half his remaining stack.

Dziewonski eventually called with pocket eights and Magalashvili's ace-high lost a massive pot.

Johnny Hansen raised to 85,000 from the cutoff and the action folded to Thomas Erler in the small blind, who moved all in for 320,000. Hansen gave it some thought and then made the call.

Erler: {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Hansen: {K-Spades}{4-Clubs}

The board came {6-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{J-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{A-Spades} and Erler doubled up his short stack.

Shortly after losing the massive pot, Michael Magalashvili open-shoved the button for 295,000 and Dragoslav Timarac called from one seat over, Stefan Raschbauer folded his big blind.

Magalashvili: {J-Spades}{K-Clubs}
Timarac: {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}

The board ran out {3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Spades} and that was it for the player from Israel. There are now 17 players remaining and they will be combined to two tables as soon as the next bustout takes place.

Ali Sameeian Eliminated in 17th Place (€10,393)

Ali Sameeian

With two players at 15 big blinds behind him, Zoltan Gal shoved with his massive stack from the button and Miltiadis Kyriakides folded the small blind. Ali Sameeian called for 690,000 in the small blind and was ahead in the showdown for his tournament life.

Sameeian: {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Gal: {A-Clubs}{8-Spades}

The flop came {5-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and Gal immediately improved, causing some vocal pain by Sameeinan about his bad luck. The {J-Hearts} turn and {Q-Diamonds} river both blanked and that was it for the King's regular. Gal is joint chip leader with Tonino Schmitz right now.
