Join Us at 2pm For Day Two

97 players remain from Day One, and the remaining players are going to battle it out for the top prize of $536k and the coveted gold bracelet. Check in again around 2pm Las Vegas time to catch all the action. The players will play down to the final table today.

Day 2 Delayed Until 3pm

Due to the high turnout for Event #3, tournament staff are having problems clearing enough tables. Right now, there are over 600 alternates who are waiting to be seated.

The re-start for Event #1 will begin at 3pm and there's a very good chance that time is pushed back to 4pm. Stay tuned for details.

Humberto Brenes

Humberto arrived for the restart of Event #1 to discover the one-hour delay; so he has stopped by the Media Room to grab some down time and, of course chat with us about all things "Shark!"

Same Seats From Yesterday

It's interesting to note that unlike most championship events (like the WPT), the players are back in the same seats they had yesterday -- there was no redraw at the end of Day One.
