A Hand that Works Out Better for Black
On the draw, Black stood pat and Elezra drew one. Black had an almost unbeatable hand, showing down 7-6-5-4-2. Elezra didn't have any of the hands that beat Black. He mucked his hand and immediately rebought.
Black now has about 28,000 in chips.

With both players all in, there was no need for mystery on the draw. Berman turned over K-8-6-4-2, discarding the king. Brunson showed J-7-6-4-2, discarding the jack. Each player squeezed his cards out in turn. Berman squeezed out a 5 to make an 8-6 low. Brunson could only win by squeezing out one of the remaining 5s or a 3. Sure enough, he squeezed out a 3 to make a 7-6-4-3-2, the second nuts.
