Court Harrington Eliminated in 14th Place ($26,732)

Court Harrington - 14th Place
Court Harrington - 14th Place
Chip leader Jose Luis Velador opened for a 42,000 raise from late position, Court Harrington moved all in for 175,000 from the big blind and Velador made the call.

Harrington: {A-Clubs} {Q-Clubs}

Velador: {A-Hearts} {J-Hearts}

Harrington had Velador dominated and was no doubt pleased when the flop came down {10-Hearts} {5-Spades} {3-Clubs}. The {Q-Hearts} on the turn paired up Harrington, but gave Velador the nut flush draw. The river was the {2-Hearts}, a disaster for Harrington. Velador made his flush and Harrington was ousted in 14th place. He'll take home $26,732 for his finish.

After the hand, Velador was up to 1,525,000.

Ray Henson Eliminated in 13th Place ($26,732)

Action folded around to Ray Henson in the small blind and he completed. Jose Luis Velador checked his big blind option and the two headed for the flop.

The flop came {10-Clubs} {4-Hearts} {2-Diamonds} and Henson led out for 15,000. Velador made a fairly quick call. The turn fell the {6-Spades} and Henson fired again, this time 35,000. Velador pushed out the call. The river came the {J-Hearts}. Henson looked at the board, and then announced, "Eighty thousand," as he pushed out the bet.

Velador quickly retorted, "All in."

Henson shook his head and went into the tank. He eventually made a reluctant call and was shown {J-Clubs} {4-Spades} by Velador. He stared down at his cards intently, as though he could somehow change them. He looked over to Velador and said, "You're on fire," as he tossed his {A-Spades} {10-Hearts} into the muck.

Ray Henson was eliminated in 13th place and will collect $26,732 for his efforts. Jose Luis Velador meanwhile is still the dominant chip leader and now sits on a stack of 1,807,000.

Shane Stacey raised to 31,000 from under the gun. Action folded around to Jose Luis Velador in the small blind and he made the call. The two went heads up to a flop of {10-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} {7-Clubs}.

Velador checked and Stacey fired out a bet of 46,000. Velador then pushed out 96,000 in chips. Stacey called the raise and they saw the {2-Spades} hit the turn.

Both players checked and the river fell the {5-Spades}. Velador opened with a bet of 150,000 and a got a quick call from Stacey. Velador showed {5-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} for the rivered full house and Stacey mucked his {J-Spades} {J-Clubs} face-up.

Osmin Dardon, who we've found out is a prior acquaintance of Velador, said after the hand, "This guy has fire coming out of his *ss."

Stacey is left with approximately 550,000 in chips after the hand while Velador increases his lead and now sits on a stack of roughly 2,210,000.

Anthony Signore
Anthony Signore
Action folded around to Anthony Signore in the cutoff seat and he pushed out his entire stack of 124,000. Dean Bui on the button went into the tank. He thought for about a minute and a half before finally calling. The blinds folded and Bui said, "I just have an ace." The players showed:

Bui: {A-Hearts} {8-Spades}
Signore: {K-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts}

The flop came {K-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} {4-Spades} and Signore, along with a couple of his supporters, let out a deep breath. The turn and river helped neither player as they came the {9-Spades} and {9-Hearts} respectively.

After the river fell, Bui said, "Nice hand."

Signore nodded in thanks and mumbled, "Best hand I've seen in two hours." Both players are roughly even after the hand with approximately 255,000 in chips.

Anthony Signore Doubles Through Utsab Saha

Action folded around to Utsab Saha in the small blind and he raised to 45,000. Anthony Signore checked his hold cards, dropped a single yellow chip on them, and then announced a reraise.

Signore eventually slid out 90,000 total and Saha looked sincerely curious. He considered his options for the better part of two minutes and then announced "all in." Signore snap called and the players showed:

Signore: {K-Hearts} {K-Spades}
Saha: {A-Clubs} {10-Diamonds}

The flop was a mixed blessing for Signore, as it came {K-Clubs} {J-Spades} {5-Diamonds}. He had flopped top set, but Saha essentially picked up one more out. The turn was the {9-Spades} and the river the {3-Diamonds}. Signore exhaled and took his seat. He is now sitting on a stack of 650,000 while Saha works with about 900,000 in chips.
