Jason Brice open raised all in for his last 10,300 from under the gun. Action folded around to Ross Kline in the small blind and he called. The big blind, Jim Miller, looked down at his cards and reraised all in for a total of 59,000. Kline passed and Brice and Miller were heads up. They showed:
