[Removed:293]'s Banking

Stuart [Removed:293]'s steady climb in the chips counts is continuing. He just took a pot of the SB whilst sitting in the BB. He flatted a 6,000 bet on a {K-?} {2-?} {10-?} board before raising all in when faced with a 13,000 bet on the {4-Hearts} turn. Sitting on a very healthy 175,000 right now.

Kikh-ing Down the Competition

Aliaksandr Yalouskikh is up to 200,000 after tangling with another player on a {6-Hearts} {9-Spades} {6-Diamonds} {K-Spades} board. The other player bet out 16,200 and then called all in for 40,000 total to a push from big stack Yalouskikh. Yalouskikh turned over {A-Spades} {Q-Spades} and the short stack flipped a decidedly behind but still live {J-Spades} {10-Spades}; the river, though, was the {A-Hearts} sending the short stack to the rail.

Rotten to the Cory

Carroll - smacked into quads
Carroll - smacked into quads
Cory Carroll, one of yesterday's big stacks, is down to 75,000. After losing a big pot earlier on with pocket tens, he called a short stack's preflop push holding pocket {8-Spades} {8-Diamonds} and must have been pleased to see the short stack turn over {A-Hearts} {5-Hearts}, but Carroll was promptly smacked in the face by the {3-Clubs} {A-Diamonds} {9-Spades} {K-Spades} {5-Spades} board, and was down to below average chips.

A few hands later and Carroll raised to 7,200 in early position and Dean Hamrick called to see a {K-Diamonds} {2-Hearts} {7-Clubs} flop. Hamrick called an 8,600 bet from Carroll and indeed called 17,000 from Carroll on the {7-Hearts} turn. Come the {J-Spades} river Carroll moved in and Hamrick called that too -- fair enough, seeing as he was holding {7-Spades} {7-Diamonds} for quads. Carroll's {K-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} had been behind all the way, and out he went, while Hamrick was up to 275,000.

Bang! Jeff Flops a Flush

Jeff "mrrain" Banghart has been largely hovering around his 27,900 starting stack today, but is now up to 52,000 after a hairy double up.

He got it in preflop with {A-Hearts} {9-Hearts} against {Q-Clubs} {J-Diamonds} and out came the jack on the {6-Hearts} {J-Hearts} {3-Hearts} flop -- but the flush was there too, nothing changed on the {3-Spades} turn or {9-Spades} river, and up he doubles.

Fish in Deep Water

Darryll Fish lost himself a massive coinflip and is consequently down to 81,000 just as players prepare to head off for dinner.

He raised to 6,400 in early position with {A-Diamonds} {Q-Spades} and it folded around to the big blind who made it 24,000. Fish made it 65,000 and the big blind thought about it for a while before moving all in. A call from Fish, and he was flipping against his all-in opponent's {J-Clubs} {J-Spades}.

Board: a spike-less {4-Clubs} {3-Hearts} {5-Spades} {5-Diamonds} {10-Spades}
