Harris Out in 37th Place

Nikki Harris has been eliminated. She'd been short-stacked for a while, and finally was all in with king-queen suited versus Jacinto Lopez' ace-king suited. Harris couldn't catch up, and she's out in 37th place.

We are now down to four tables.

40th -- Jan Von Halle
41st -- Corey Bromberg
42nd -- Guy Cicconi
43rd -- Daniel Hart

Soon afterwards Bill Chen was knocked out in a hand versus Paul Darden, landing him in 35th place. Both Yek and Chen earn $4,871.

Buckley Busted

Jim Buckley and Paul Corning each got four bets in before the flop, leaving Buckley less than one small bet behind. The flop came {7-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs}, and the pair got the last of Buckley's chips in the middle.

Buckley showed {K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}, while Corning had {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}. The turn was the {8-Hearts} and the river the {6-Spades}, and Buckley hit the rail in 33rd place ($4,871).

Corning now has 95,000.

Li Leaps Ahead

Paul Darden raised from the hijack seat, Yan Peng Li called the two bets from the cutoff, and Al "Sugar Bear" Barbieri called from the big blind as well.

The flop came {10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}. It checked to Li who bet, Barbieri folded, and Darden called. The turn was the {5-Spades}. Darden checked, Li bet, and Darden called.

The river was the {2-Spades}, and both players checked. Darden showed {A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} for ace-high, while Li tabled {J-Spades}{10-Hearts} for tens. Li is up to 140,000, while Darden is now at 45,000.

Eichel Out

William Eichel
William Eichel
William Eichel was all in before the flop and against three other players, including Al Barbieri. Barbieri bet the flop of {10-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{J-Spades}, and both of the other remaining players called, but when he bet the {2-Spades} on the turn, the others got out.

Barbieri showed {A-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and Eichel {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}. "Don't do it to me," said Eichel. Alas, the proverbial "it" was done to him, as the {K-Hearts} landed on the river, giving Barbieri the pot.

Eichel is out in 32nd place ($4,871). Barbieri is up to 156,000.
