John "The Razor" Phan was all in preflop against a couple of opponents. After the board played out {A-Clubs}

, one opponent revealed {A-Hearts}

for a full house to scoop the high half of the pot. The other player showed {J-Spades}

for the low half.

Phan waited to see his opponents' hands before taking his time to reveal {A-Spades}

for a higher full house to scoop the high half of the main pot.

After the hand, Phan had only 3,000 chips and was eliminated a few hands later in unknown action.

for the nut flush and the winning hand.

Talking about their picks for the NBA finals didn't stop Michael Mizrachi and Erick Lindgren from playing a little poker.

Grinder called Lindgren's preflop raise and both players checked a flop of {10-Clubs}

. Grinder bet the {9-Diamonds}

on the turn, and Lindgren called. The {J-Diamonds}

on the river brought another bet and Lindgren considered his options for about 10 seconds before mucking.

Grinder showed a 10 and scooped the pot.

Cantu Scoops Barbieri; Doubles Up

After a series of preflop raises, Brandon Cantu found himself all in against Al Barabieri.

Cantu: {A-Hearts}

Barbieri:

The board came {A-Spades}

giving Cantu a full house. With no low available Cantu scooped the pot and doubled up to 9,900 (although, still down overall since the start of the day). Al Barbieri drops to 26,000.

Walking past Justin Phillips' table, we overheard him talking about last year's experience in the Main Event.

"I cashed. Finished second to last," Phillips said, recounting how he busted in 665th place after running ace-king into aces.

"But at least I got to wear my overalls on TV."

Don't Bet Against Eli Elezra

Playing in his second event at this years World Series, high stakes player Eli Elezra is reminiscing on previous WSOP experiences. Having won a bracelet in the 2007 Series for almost $200,000 he jokes with his table that he actually won more than six times that amount in side bets. According to Eli, he took bets from 13 people, wagering against him winning the bracelet.

Trying to scoop up another victory, Eli is near the top of the leaderboard with 75,000.
