Wherever he spent the rest of his day, he now has 400 chips.
Already a big stack, he raised in late position and got a call from the big blind. Monette played the hand aggressively, betting to a check on the
flop and raising to a bet on the
turn. Both players cagily checked the
river though, but Monette had nothing to fear. His opponent couldn't beat Monette's pocket
and he's now up to 30,000.
He went all in under the gun with his unthreatening 400 chips and got called in three spots; his opponents checked down the
board until one of them showed
to win the pot. Juanda mucked and was on his way.

Mickey Seagle (he says hi to the family!): 19,000
board and another lady at the table called her all the way down. Ho's opponent flipped over pocket
and it was good. Yikes. Ho down to 12,500.
The most recent chunk of that fat stack was acquired by knocking out Paul Darden, who got his last chip in on the river of a
board. Unluckily for him, Sands was holding
and Darden couldn't beat queens full and hit the rail.
To be fair, he seemed to have just limped in preflop, but the
looked harmless enough so he bet, getting one caller. Come the
turn, his caller bet out from the big blind and Lindgren raised; the big blind reraised and Lindgren flatted. Both players checked the
river and Lindgren flipped his

.
"You have too many chips," he told Sands. And then a warning: "You're messing with the number one live limit player in the world."
