Queen Tripping

Chandrasekhar Billavara is out. He moved all in from UTG and was called by a player in the SB with {Q-?} {J-?}. Billavara held {9-?} {9-?} but he was history after two queens fell on the flop.

Tran-gedy

JC Tran has just been knocked out of the tournament. He was all-in with {A-?} {10-?} against {Q-Spades} {J-Hearts}, but lost out on the river of a {K-?} X {8-?} {2-?} {Q-?} board.

John Myung has also been knocked out, all-in on the turn of a {10-?} {9-?} {9-?} {J-?} with {Q-Hearts} {8-Hearts}, but ran into {K-?} {Q-?}.

White's Still Alright

Adam White made it 25,000 to go before a player in the small blind three bet all in for 123,000. White called with {A-Clubs} {10-Hearts} and was ahead of the SB's {K-Clubs} {Q-Spades}.

The board came {K-Spades} {Q-Clubs} {6-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} {6-Spades}. White's still in great shape with 535,000.

In the Genes

Eric Mizrachi must've shared some of those grinding genes of his brother as he's been struggling with a short stack all day. He has just managed to double up to 125,000, which will give him a little breathing room.

Seven Figures

We have our first player who has managed to turn his 3,000 starting stack in to over a million in less than two day's play. Danny Fuhs just won a race with {A-?} {K-?} versus an opponent's {6-?} {6-?} when a {10-Spades} {10-Clubs} {A-Spades} {7-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} fell down.

He's sitting on a cool 1,100,000 now.

Pohl Dances Off the Stage

Jason Pohl raised to 33,000 in midposition and Eric Chhor called from the big blind. Both players checked the {Q-Diamonds} {K-Spades} {5-Spades} flop before Chhor check-raised a 55,000 bet to 165,000 on the {9-Spades} turn. Pohl pushed all-in and was snap-called by Chhor's {J-Diamonds} {10-Hearts}. Pohl was only able to split with {Q-Clubs} {J-Clubs}. The river was the ultimate blank, the {2-Clubs}, and Chhor is now one of the chip leaders.

Last Five Hands

Players are winding down and playing the last five hands.

Phong Huynh has doubled up a short stack after calling an all-in on a {2-?} {3-?} {5-?} board with {A-?} {9-?} against {A-?} {A-?} and failing to improve. Huynh is down to about 250,000.
