McLinden Crippled, Quadrupled, Doubled, Bust

Andrew McLinden: (XXX) / {k-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}
Mark Janeczek: (XXX) / 8c]{5-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

"I got three kings," ventured Andrew McLinden once all the chips had gone in on seventh street.

"I got a straight," Mark Janeczek went one better.

"Did you have it on fifth?" McLinden sighed.

"Actually yes."

It turned out that McLinden was owed some change though - the princely sum of 100 chips. It all went in the next hand as his ante, and he managed to quadruple up to 400 with a straight. A few hands later and he more than doubled up to 1,000 with a pair of fives.

It couldn't last, though - no sooner than we had returned to our laptops than we spied Mr. McLinden getting up and heading for the door. Conclusion: busto.
