John Dolan Eliminated in 6th Place ($82,804)

John Dolan - 6th Place
John Dolan - 6th Place

With only 165,000 in front of him, John Dolan made an unusual raise to 120,000 when acting under the gun. He was called by Mick Carlson in the hijack, Adam Richardson on the button and Sebastien Roy in the big blind.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{9-Spades} and Dolan went all in for his last 45,000. All three of his opponents called and checked the {2-Diamonds} on the turn as well as the {2-Spades} on the river.

When action had concluded Richardson and Dolan both showed {j-}{10-} and Roy showed {k-}{q-}, but it was Carlson who took the pot down with {5-}{5-}.

Chop Chop

Scott Montgomery opened the pot with a 160,000-chip raise, and was called by Mick Carlson in the small blind.

The flop ran out {j-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and Carlson check-called a 225,000-chip bet from Montgomery.

The turn card was a {4-Spades} and both players checked. The river brought a {q-Clubs} to the felt and the players checked again.

They both had {k-}{10-}... chop chop!

Daniel Fuhs Eliminated in 4th Place ($152,655)

Daniel Fuhs - 4th Place
Daniel Fuhs - 4th Place

Daniel Fuhs was extremely short stacked when he went all in for 525,000. Scott Montgomery called from the big blind and we were off to see how Fuhs' tournament life would turn out.

Fuhs: {k-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Montgomery: {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}

The flop was no help to Fuhs when it came {a-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{8-Spades}. The turn was a meaningless {3-Hearts} and the river was the {3-Spades}. Fuhs failed to pair either one of his overcards and was eliminated in fourth place.

We're now down to three-handed action and will be back in a moment with detailed chip counts.
