Margets Double With Aces Up

Leo Margets was involved in a five-way limped pot with a flop reading {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{6-Clubs}. Action was checked around to Margets who bet 1,000 and got one caller.

The {j-Diamonds} came on the turn and Margets bet again, this time for 2,300. Her opponent tanked and then raised enough to put Margets all in for her last 4,300 and Margets made the call.

Margets: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}

The {4-Diamonds} on the river was inconsequential and Margets is up to 16,000.

Ramage on Rampage

Grayson Ramage was in the big blind when the button raised to 600. The small blind three-bet to 2,000 and when action got to Ramage, he jammed for his entire stack of 2,750. The button folded, but the small blind called.

Ramage: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

All Ramage had to do was stay ahead, and he did just that as the board ran out {2-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{k-}.

With the double up, Ramage is now up to 6,400 chips.

Darus Suharto Out

Team PokerStars Pro, Darus Suharto opened the pot with a 525-chip raise in middle position and only the big blind called.

The turn card was a {6-Diamonds} and Suharto moved all in after his opponent checked. He was called and tabled {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}, his opponent had {k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}.

Seiver's Plan Backfires

Scott Seiver had been making the most of time in between hands at a cash game to go all in at his tournament table. It had been working well for him until he shoved for 2,625 in late position after two early-position players had limped.

The player in the big blind looked him up and the two previous limpers folded.

Seiver: {6-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Opponent: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

Seiver picked up a gut-shot straight-draw on the {3-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop, but his opponent filled up when the {9-Spades} came on the turn. Seiver was up and gone before the {8-Spades} had time to land on the river.

Naujoks Moves in for the Bust, Doesn't Get There

This latest hand got off to quite the start when Liv Boeree raised to 525 from middle position. The player in the cutoff then shoved all in for 1,925 and was followed an all-in four-bet from Sandra Naujoks on the button. Boeree got out of the way and let the two all-in players duke it out.

Naujoks: {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

Naujoks needed some serious help, but she didn't get any as the hand played out with a board of {8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{4-Spades}.

Naujoks is now down to roughly 7,375 in chips.

Quads for Naujoks

In middle position, Sandra Naujoks opened the pot with a 575-chip raise. The player on the button moved all in for an additional 75 chips. The big blind called and so did Naujoks.

The flop came out {7-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and Sandra fired a 700-chip bet after her opponent checked, and was called.

The turn card was a {q-Diamonds} and Sandra re-raised to 3,600 after a 1,400-chip bet made by her opponent. Her opponent called.

The river brought another seven do the table and Sandra tabled {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for quads.

Sandra Naujoks is now up to 12,000 chips.

Wheelin' Out

Preflop betting was heavy when a player in the small blind limped to Jason Wheeler who raised to 600. The small blind had a tick up his sleeve, though, and three-bet to 3,500. Wheeler wasn't satisfied with the size of the pot and shoved for 8,000 more with the small blind making the call.

Wheeler: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Small blind: {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}

Wheeler needed to catch some cards to pull ahead, but he was unable to do so when the {8-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{5-Clubs} came on the flop. The {9-Spades} on the turn gave him a few more outs, but he failed to get there and was eliminated when the river delivered the {3-Diamonds}.
