De Wolfe Makes a Loose Call

Seat 9 raised to 1,900 and Roland De Wolfe made the call. Action folded to the small blind who moved all in for 7,300. Both the big blind and Seat 9 folded, putting the decision back on De Wolfe.

He grabbed some chips and tossed them into the pot. The small blind showed {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts} and was ahead of De Wolfe's {Q-Hearts}{9-Spades}.

De Wolfe took the lead when the flop came {9-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{J-Clubs}, but the small blind picked up a flush draw. The {10-Spades} on the turn changed little and the {Q-Diamonds} appeared on the river. This gave De Wolfe two pair; however, it also gave the small blind a straight.

De Wolfe took a small hit to his stack but is still sitting with around 30,000.
