Pezzin Up To 50k

On a board reading {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} Pat Pezzin called a 4,000-chip bet from an opponent to see the {9-Hearts} land on the turn.

Now faced with a 9,075 all in bet, Pezzin made the call to put his opponent at risk.

Pezzin: {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}
Opponent: {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts}

The river landed the repeat {9-Clubs} to see Pezzin climb to 51,000 and eliminate an opponent as play closes in on break.

Binger Makes Huge Call

On a board reading {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and around 4,000 in the middle, Nick Binger was faced with a bet of 2,725 which he called.

The river landed the {4-Diamonds} and as Binger's eyes were locked directly on his opponent a bet of 3,350 followed. Binger continued his intense stare down for near on two minutes before making the call tabling his {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}.

His opponent sighed, shook his head and tossed his cards into the muck as Binger raked in the pot to move to over 32,000 in chips.

Seif Tells the Truth

A player in middle position raised to 1,700 and Seif makes the call from the button. The flop comes {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} and the original bettor leads out for 3,000. Seif raises to 8,000, prompting his opponent to ask, "Do you have queen-jack?"

The question led Seif to start talking about the hands that he could have. "I could have five-six," he said, "Its possible I could have a five-six with no club."

"No, you don't have that," responded the original bettor before throwing his hand in the muck.

Lo and beold, Seif shows {5-Spades}{6-Diamonds}.

Final Two Levels

We are now down to the final two levels of the night.

The remaining 446 players are going to play two more two-hour levels before play ceases for the night.

Batista Busto

Chad Batista found himself all in preflop holding a dominated {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts} against an opponent's {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}.

The flop of {J-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{A-Diamonds} put Batista in the lead, but when the {10-Clubs} landed on the turn, he would need an Ace, Queen or Jack to stay alive.

Unfortunately for 'lilholdem954' he saw the {5-Hearts} peel on the river to send him to the rail.

Filippi Finds King

Amnon Filippi
Amnon Filippi

Amnon Filippi opened to 2,200 from under the gun only to have the opponent on his direct left move all in for roughly 10,000. Filippi made the call once it folded round to him to put his opponent at risk.

Filippi: {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}
Opponent: {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}

The {7-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{K-Spades} flop put Filippi out in the lead, and after the turn and river blanked with the {3-Spades} and {7-Spades}, Filippi sent his opponent to the rail while climbing to 25,000 in chips.
